As the designated Managed Service Organization (MSO) for Colorado’s Western Slope,
West Slope Casa has a long history of improving the lives of those affected by alcohol and drug abuse in western Colorado.
West Slope Casa is a coordinated & collaborative network of the top behavioral health providers on the western slope, covering 17 rural counties
and over 30,000 square miles of high desert and mountainous territory.
In addition to the substantial resources and connectivity among our providers, we also rely upon our time-tested partnerships with the
communities and other service providers to identify those in need and deliver appropriate services.
West Slope Casa provides evidence-based,
culturally-sensitive response and treatment by providing affordable care, removing transportation barriers and establishing linkage within the
community for adjunct support services.
The Colorado Department of Human Services awarded a contract to West Slope Casa, LLC to provide Crisis Stabilization Services, Mobile Crisis
Services and Crisis and Residential and Respite Services in an award letter dated June 11, 2014.
Colorado’s first statewide resource for mental health, substance use, emotional crisis help and information and referrals has been formed as a part of the initiative set forth by Gov. John Hickenlooper in
Senate Bill 13-266 and in partnership with the Colorado Department of Human Services to strengthen Colorado’s mental health system.
Our purpose is to provide greater access to mental health services, ensuring all Coloradans get the right services in the right locations at the right time.
